Job Description

Be responsible for regional network field maintenance efficiency and effects, evaluate the regional engineer’s performance, such as fault handling and preventive maintenance, develop FM preventive maintenance plan, continuously maintain and improve regional field maintenance skills, and control the regional FM budget.  To evaluate regional engineers ' fault handling and preventive maintenance status, for example, SLA and KPI fulfillment  To develop the preventive maintenance plan for FM of the next period according to NOC analysis suggestions and the status of implemented preventive maintenance  To develop and execute the skill training plan for regional FM engineers to maintain and increase the regional FM skills  To control regional expenses and budget  Regional Field Maintenance Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report  Preventive Maintenance Report  Regional Fault Handling Report
