Job Description
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures
- Improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting and hiring process by working with hiring managers to refine qualification requirements, through follow up interviews with managers and hired employees and by identifying new sources for candidate recruiting
- Develop Recruiting network through industry contacts, associations, college career centers, social networks, etc.
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Keep track of recruiting metrics
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Other job related duties as assigned.
