Job Description

-Participate in human resource planning and collaboration in identifying and prioritizing the recruitment needs and required expertise -Applicable to the needs of the organization (recruitment plan) -Developing the process of recruiting , updating and improving it, and presenting innovative methods. -Compilation job description -Finding, listing ,Inserting job posts, and collecting applicable resumes made to the company's business identification and recruitment appointments. -Perform professional interviews with applicants -Setting up a new and old staffing contract, and controlling all staff members from an appropriate contract within the organization's needs -Provide reports on the status of manpower, employment, exit and etc. -Collaborate in the development of other human resources processes such as education and development, performance evaluation, replacement and etc.

Requirements

1. At least 3 years experience in recruiting 2. Familiar with HR tasks 3. Bachelor Degree Management 4. Have discipline 5. Enthusiastic about Educable 6. Excellent communication skills 7.Teamwork skill 8. Flexible and punctual 9. Search skill and Understand New Content 10.Fluent in office
