Job Description

Main Role: Ensure the research, development and/or adaptation of products formulation for the product range. Ensure technical support for the production process of these products. Main Objectives: - Develop new products and concepts according to the marketing plan. - Adapt existing formulas (same quality better price, better quality same price, rationalization of raw materials). - Create -on customers’ demand- tailor made products and adapt existing products to industrial request. - Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Production for all products in order to offer the right product for the right application. Make internal and external presentations. - Complete proper documentation on raw materials, formulations, processing, QC tests, labelling and raw materials cost on new or revised products. - Ensure that all technical data linked to products (data sheet, declaration, formulas) are accurate. Ensure confidentiality on formulas and know-how.

Requirements

- Food Technologist (Bachelor or Master level) with experience in confectionery industry or experience in product development. - Good English (written and spoken). - Dynamic person with analytical and hands-on skills. - Excellent communicator.
