Job Description

• Implementing Process Management System through analysis and mapping the Current processes (as-is) to improve them considering best • Practices/benchmarks in alliance with company's strategy • Defining KPI for processes and target for all departments in order to enhance the performance, achieve the goals and improve the Quality of the Organization • Acting as a catalyst for change and promotion to improve performance/quality to increase customer satisfaction • Data base management and professional analysis reports • Professional understanding from Quality aligns with business and market.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO and ...) • Educated (certificate) and also experienced in the MBA • Service Management • Experience in Manufacturing Environment • Familiar with Document Management System • Domination of industrial standards • Familiarity with Business Process Re-engineering is a plus • Familiarity with Quality Improvement Tools is a mandatory • BA in electronics/industrial engineering • At least 5 years OF experience in QA/QC field • Creative personality
