Job Description
- Procuring raw material for production lines. - Specify and evaluate supplier , assess the quotes and select the best supplier. - Negotiate with suppliers and follow up the purchasing process. - Providing technical analytical reports. - Requesting quotation from different suppliers and evaluate them. - Placing orders. - Providing reports based on different needs. - Negotiate with suppliers in line with the company's policies. - Arranging with logistic transportation team to get goods from suppliers and deliver it to the factory. - Preparing periodic supplier’s evaluation.
Requirements
- Proficient in purchasing and procuring goods. - Expert in requesting quotation and negotiate with suppliers. - Team players. - To be quick and precise in work. - Follow up the assigned tasks. - To be responsible and disciplined. - Good command in Software's such as Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
