Job Description

• Reviewing the processes and procedures of the procurement unit and its optimization (purchasing accuracy and accuracy) • Analyze the weaknesses and identify the root and provide a solution for it • Provide solutions to reduce costs • Establishment of technical and technical database of item standards in cooperation with related units • Establishing a supplier database and their periodic evaluation • Examine global trends and domestic rates • Provide reports on key performance indicators of the unit • Check the status of inventory control and optimize them • Provide financial analysis reports to determine the best reasonable purchase price for items • Formulate purchase prices • Presenting financial and budgeting reports

Requirements

• Educational background: industrial Engineering. • At least 2 years related experience • Well experienced in procurement, importation regulations and policies. • Being passionate, communicative, team player and influencing. • Strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills. • Fluency in English, speaking and writing.
