Job Description

• research and measure market based on price, quality, service, support and accountability, reliability, posting, reputation and history of work. • Analyze price lists, purchase finance reports and other information and statistics to determine the reasonable and reasonable price of the purchase. • Preparing, maintaining and updating systematically the history and information of purchased goods, purchase costs, receipts and performance of purchased products. • Adequate understanding of the market and referral for purchasing. • Introduction to Contractors Commercial Affairs • Insufficient mastery of the internal purchasing process

Requirements

• Education: at least bachelor of management, industrial management or equivalen. • Experience: Totally 3 years of experience. • Able to understand the statistical data, and using computer software packages. • Ability to provide a valid guarantee • Highly skilled in working with MS Office software and the internet. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Excellent analytical skills.
