Brief Description: • We are looking for a competent Public Relations (PR) Specialist to shape and protect our corporate image in ways that promote our business, values and mission. You’ll be responsible for maintaining media relations and collaborating with marketing teams in promotional activities. • We expect to see candidates who can impress us with their copywriting and presentation skills and good relation with press agencies, media companies and event planning and execution. • We’ll be on the lookout for experience in corporate communications, project management and media relations. • Throw a lot of enthusiasm and a pleasant personality into the mix and you’ll be our ideal candidate. • The goal is to maintain positive public awareness of the company and its brand. Job Description and Responsibilities for “Public Relations Specialist”: • Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels. • Manage media relations and requests in a timely and professional manner. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional and national media outlets. • Develop press kit materials for media outlets, including press releases, images, pitch letters, case studies, feature articles, and trend stories. • Organize, schedule, and prepare key leaders for press interviews (Write press releases, speeches and etc.). • Arrange for press conferences, interviews, and other media and event appearances for the employer or client. • Pitch story ideas and content to media and press. • Respond to requests for information from media outlets. • Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences etc. • Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external entities. • Evaluate public opinion of clients through surveys, polls, and social media listening collaborating with the marketing team. • Evaluate advertising and promotional programs to ensure they align with PR goals. • Ensure all communication is cohesive with the brand image. • Track and analyze media coverage to inform future campaigns. • Measure PR program impacts using regular reporting. • Coordinate scheduling and logistics as necessary. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field. • 3 or more years of experience in public relations or corporate communications. • Experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns and/or initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs. • Strong oral and written communication skills and experience in copywriting and editing. • Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful public relations campaigns. • Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset. • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking. • Ability to build and maintain press and media relationships. • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability. • Highly organized and detail oriented.
