Job Description
- Identify needed resources for projects, assign individual responsibilities and tasks - Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management - Create a total work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project - Manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, scope, budget, risks, and resources - Manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and meet short- and long-term deadlines - Develop or update project plans for different projects including objectives, technologies, systems and etc - Monitor or track projects milestones and deliverables. - Work as a liaison between project sponsors, and project teams and other stakeholders to facilitate effective project management
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in IT, Computer Science or related field - At least 5 years of experience in same field - PMP certification is preferred - Effective time management skills. - Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure and within a diverse team environment - Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Professional use of project management disciplines and methodology and tools is mandatory to ensure the initiatives are aligned to organizational strategy and values and the achievement of agreed costs and benefits. - PSP/Banking project management experience - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools - Team leader and motivated
