• Defining the phase gate and checking the realization of the project and deviation from the plan.
• Communicating with stakeholders and following the project process.
• Providing information related to the performance of projects (through data flow in the project) to the BI manager.
• Preparation of periodic project reports.
• Implementation of knowledge domains (integration management - scope. management - scheduling - resources - communication - risk)
• Designing and updating project databases.
• Management of users of project control software.
Requirements
• Mastery of Microsoft Office such as: Word, Excel, etc.
• Senior user of Jira software.
• Relative familiarity with MSP.
• Mastery of the concepts of project management and control and expertise in this area is preferable to PMBOK.
