Job Description
•Researching market and business needs, and translate into prioritized feature sets •Managing the data collection, analysis, and delivery of KPIs for a business. •Working with Product Manager to conceptualize high‐level user stories, to describe work that needs to be done within a release •Developing a strong understanding of the customer/ base to maximize value and analyze the competitive market, products and services •Performing statistical analysis. •Providing testing and validation for program and rate changes •Collaborating with the design team to optimize workflow and user experience (UX) •Providing content and education in support of new releases •Responsible for product release success
Requirements
•Bachelors/Masters in engineering or equivalent •Understanding of IT market and trends, strong quantitative/qualitative business case analysis skills •3+ years of work experience in analytics, product, or engineering fields •Professional work experience in a technology company, start-up, or other analytical roles •A high level of accuracy and attention to detail •Having business and marketing insight of products
