Job Description

-Drive and leading lean manufacturing initiative, and process improvement throughout the facility -Continuous improvement in manufacturing upgrade of production facility and process through cost – effective analysis -Capital project to meet changing manufacturing requirement and maintain competitive advantage -Managing for Optimization of complex process plants, increase production efficiency & product quality -Issue projects in order to: •Optimize plant energy consumption •Optimize plants processes •Replacing new chemicals for reducing cost -Communication with licensors and vendors regarding technical quires, plant problems, equipment sizing & selection -Compile & define projects for the purpose of reducing production expenses -Managing for mass& energy balance reports daily, monthly and yearly -Managing for closing product and feed transactions with other complex’s -Managing for Preparing Test schedules and updates it in order to minimize quality cost -Good knowledge about financial aspects of closing monthly MOM of feed and product with other complexes -Considering complex benefits in material exchanges with costumers -Confirm chemical consumption report monthly and lead investigate about abnormal consumption of chemicals -Monitor performance of under supervision staff according to their entrusted responsibilities and performance agreement -Consider department needs and take necessary actions and request -Cooperation & attendance in HSE issues (HAZOP & PHA) -Consider department training needs & build employee competency -Review feasibility study and economically evaluation of optimization projects -Knowledge sharing with licensors, R&D institutes and universities all over the world specially related vendors -Managing for updating process drawings (PFD, PID) & documents according MOC and TSR -Review& Confirm annually bill of material (BOM) based on plant capacity and raw materials consumption -Supervision for evaluating raw material and chemicals suppliers based on quality evaluation form of manufactures Managing for Review and revise IMS docs related to process optimization and production control (MS, PDS, MSDS) annually -Managing for ensuring of conformity of unit executive procedures -Cooperation with operation team for problem solving -Reply queries of other departments (HSE, operation, Maintenance, asset, Engineering, commercial, SOP) related to process. -Review and verify process optimization report monthly -Managing for Checking and adjusting chemicals, catalysts and raw materials consumption weekly in ERP system -Managing for Preparing down time reports monthly
