Job Description

- Provide accurate information to the Project Managers & PMO manager. - Maintain project information in ERP, SharePoint and project server. - Active communicating on various levels of organization. - Develop work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. - Monitor, track or report project milestones and deliverable. - Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. - Domestic trip planning

Requirements

- Bachelor or higher degree in industrial engineering or related fields. - 3-4 years of experiences within project planning in infrastructure and active project. - At least Familiar with Microsoft office 2010 and EPM 2010 (SharePoint & Project Server) . - Understanding, analyzing and root causing of project problems. - Advanced in English (Speaking, Reading and writing). - PMP Certificate is an advantage.
