Job Description

ZFP as a distributor of renowned fashion brands is looking for a plant manager for its own apparel manufacturing plant based in Maku. Reporting directly to the CEO in Tehran, the Plant Manager provides overall site leadership for the plant in Maku. • Responsible for all plant operations: people, safety, quality, service, regulatory, and meeting financial requirements. • Direct reports including technical product development, engineering, quality, production, supply chain plant, finance, administration services and human resources. • Accountable for ensuring that all national, local, and company laws, regulations, policies, and procedures are adhered to • Responsible for ensuring the operational priorities and objectives are met. • Member of ZFP Mode Leadership team, Works with business leaders of marketing, product, finance and all other outside contacts to help ensure manufacturing objectives are met. • Makes all decisions related to the successful operation of the facility while ensuring alignment with needs / expectations of the business and manufacturing function. • Ensure that all customers’ needs are met in term of quality and service. • Optimize product costs to improve or maintain Gross Profit. Optimize assets utilization. • Ensure that there is the highest level of engagement and the plant is a Great Place to Work. • Ensure that the plant meet at all time all its legal obligations. • Manages annual Plant budget and generating sales revenues as targeted. • Provide leadership and visionary concepts for development of business strategy planning and response to changing business conditions or barriers to progress.

Requirements

• University degree with a technical background (Industrial Engineering, Textile, Apparel, Industrial Management or a related field) • Several years of manufacturing experience. • Distinctly entrepreneurial and strategic approach and works with a commercial and customer focused mindset in everything they do. • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of success in leading operations • Experience in working with / leading various functions including production, engineering, HR, finance, and supply chain. • Ability to effectively manage high demands in an environment with limited resources. • Agile learner, good interpersonal skills and result-oriented. • English language skills is a must. • Total Quality Management. • Able to adapt to changing business requirements and external factors impacting the customer. • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
