Job Description

The main purpose of the job is to coordinate all tasks directly related to the production and supervise all related tasks and to ensure all equipment is operating at High efficiency to meet qualitative objectives of the company according to PIC/S GMP guidelines: - To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality; - To approve the instructions relating to production operations and to ensure their strict implementation; - To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person; - To ensure the qualification and maintenance of his department, premises and equipment; - To ensure that the appropriate validations are done; - To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need; - To plan, lead, manage and report day-to-day administrative tasks including employees working time etc. He/she is also responsible for executing all the production processes, organizing the production lines according to production plan, coordinating with other departments, employee safety, and managing production costs.
