•Main objective: -The job is to run the Blending Plant with a high concern for HSE standards, and in an efficient and effective manner. •Main Responsibilities: -Delivering required output with right quality -Optimizing resources to keep the product cost within/lower than the budget -Use the knowledge for: working capital management: Inventory stocks, formulation of plant budgets and Operations strategy formulation -Managing the supervisory staff and ensure smooth running of the plant -Control, discipline, motivate and train supervisors
