Job Description
•Responsible for supervising entire processing and activities which should be done in the plant such as: - Production planning, manufacturing, warehousing, financial and human resources and supply - Coordinating administrative levels to achieve organizational goals - Managing large industrial and petrochemical plants (especially in polymers such as polypropylene) - Controlling all phases of design, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of chemical and petrochemical industries - Monitoring and controlling all the processes during shut down, overhaul and so on - Specialist in managing the technical and maintenance team - Updated knowledge with supervision method to extend productivity and efficiency of all processes and human resource activities
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering (Polymer- Petrochemical) or Mechanical Engineering - Familiarity with maintenance methods and technical procedures of oil and gas equipment , mechanical and partially various types of pumps, compressors, extrudes, and other concerning devices - Between 15 to 20 years of experience in related fields in chemical industries - Familiarity with organizational behavior - Expert in manufacturing and processing of chemical and petrochemical products such as polymers and additives - Having experience in polymer or chemical industry - Familiarity with strategic management, relationships and challenges, team coaching, and problem solving approach - Highly skilled in the principles and techniques of management and project implementation. - Fluent in English language - Gender Preference: Male - Ideal Age Range: 40 - 60 years old Location: Mahshahr
