Objective: Personnel affairs specialist Main Responsibilities : Making personnel records, Calculation of salary, wages, bonus, insurance , taxes, official works Reporting to: Managing Director Subordinates: Personnel affairs staffs Number Required: 1 Duration: According to company rule Desired Start Date: In one month Probation : 3 months Working Hours: Ref. to company working hours Travel Requirements: Flexible

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in the field • University degree • Fluency written and verbal communication skills in English are required, Turkish would be advantageous • Result-oriented personality with strong management, leadership, analytical, planning, expediting and organizational skills
