Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, professional overseas OPS expert with a passion for to adding value and increasing growth by identifying new opportunities. Our ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a constant awareness of shipments status and market conditions. s/he should have an entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional leadership skills. This role also requires someone who is a creative, strategic thinker with excellent organizational abilities. Overseas OPS expert typically work 45 hours a week, but will sometimes be required to work more hours during the busiest times. • Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth • Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments • Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients • Manage daily operations • Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations • Examines company rules to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations for necessary changes • Assists commercial directors and works as a member of a cohesive team • Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a special situation • Manages daily operations and handling daily issues and tasks • Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise • Maintain records. • Preparing related financial reports for accounting department • Checking all shipping documents • Updating information systems, and files shipping and receiving documents. • Investigates discrepancies as needed. • Risk assessment • Taking a lead role in solving shipping issues that may arise • Meeting company goals and objectives. • Focus on strategies to accelerate growth. • Understand existing customer relationships and their requirements to ensure they are being met. • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.) • Training of others • Backup to Execution Coordinator • Full-time position

Requirements
