Job Description

• To serves as an internal customer interface on all Organization Design and Architecture issues/inquiries • To provide advisory services to management with respect to Organization Architecture • To design and maintain job profiles of the organization for related divisions • To facilitate and coordinate job competency profiling for the organization • To ensure efficiency of HC budget & compliance of it with structure • To drive change management process for all organizational structure changes. • To evaluate MTNIrancell jobs based on various job evaluation methods • To facilitate evaluation process based on Grading methodology of company, also research on the latest best practices • To facilitate and deliver workforce planning process to ensure correct headcount budget planning and workforce planning • To work closely with various HR teams to provide input for designing various programs and initiatives

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering/Management • Must be Fluent in English • 3 years’ experience in HR with concentration in Organization Development • Experience working in a medium organization
