Job Description

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments • Generating, preparing and editing documents as needed • Typing, preparing and collating reports and documents • Filing, archiving and documentation • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) • Managing databases • Prioritizing workloads • Arranging all daily office activities • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks • Logging or processing bills or expenses • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients • Executing the tasks allocated by the supervisor • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Secures information by completing database backups

Requirements

Gender: female Age: 24 to 32 Education: Bachelor degree or higher in IT and technology-related fields Reside in Tehran Comprehensive ICDL skills English knowledge (Reading, Witting, Speaking and Listening) Team Player, Self-motivated, High discipline and hardworking Negotiation and effective communication skills
