Job Description
Objective of the role: Promoting the quality of company affairs.
List of responsibilities:
1- Making report
2-Liaise and organize office correspondence
3- Separation and distribution of letters and reports of correspondence devices between units and their follow up
4- Announcement of management orders
5- Monitor the implementation of corporate communication
6- Setting up sessions and informing attends at meetings
7- Setting up and appointment time to meet whit the CEO
8- Customer response and guidance.
Reporting to: Managing director.
Length of Probation Period: 1 month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30-17:30.
