Job Description

Secretary wanted for a supplying company in central office. - Provide office support services - Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages - Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence - Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences - Make preparations for Board meetings - Provide word-processing and secretarial support - Type confidential documents - Provide support to the Chief as requested - Book transport and accommodation

Requirements

- High public relations - Sufficient computer knowledge (Office Word / Excel) - Both Latin and Persian typing cognition - Familiar with office affairs and secretaryship - At least 3 years of experience related to administrative and secretariat position Note: Absence of one qualification is acceptable.
