Job Description
• Assist Implementation, testing and troubleshooting of CS/PS core and IPBB network elements • Ensure Right element Capacities are available at all times • Ensure the Core Network Components provides capacity and functionality in line with business plan • Provide core elements coverage capacity and functionality requirements timeously and ahead of traffic • Have a weekly report of network performance and capacities • Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of NOC/SOC and make sure that NOC/SOC meets weekly departmental/team quality targets • Ensure Requested IPBB links meet Marketing requirements
Requirements
• 2+ years of work experience in the Telecommunications industry, including experience in network planning of a Core network • B.Sc. in Telecommunication/Electronic Engineering or any other Engineering related fields • Strong and recent experience in carrier 3GPP Packet Core LTE eUTRAN, and EPC is a must • Solid knowledge for Network signaling protocols including voice and sms • Has excellent knowledge of routing and switching platforms and firewalls. • Negotiations skills within Shatel and outside with vendors and suppliers
