- Maintain and develop services and servers of the organization.
- Monitor and optimize as well as update the organization's servers and services.
- Troubleshoot and provide backup solutions.
- Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with the IT team to advance organizational goals.
Requirements
- Mastery of maintenance and development of Microsoft Exchange service.
- Mastery of maintenance and development of Microsoft Skype for business service.
- Mastery of maintaining and developing Microsoft services Active Directory, File Server, Microsoft CA, etc.
- Knowledge of working with PRTG and ManageEngine monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of working with MailGateway.
- Knowledge of working with Veeam Backup software.
- Familiarity with VMware Vcenter virtualization platform.
- Familiarity with HPE SAN Storage storage equipment.
