Job Description

● Performing continual preventative maintenance and updates on company IT hardware and software systems. ● Monitoring windows server infrastructure for any problems and anomalies. ● Building physical and virtual servers and systems according to specifications. ● Researching and testing solutions to new requirements. ● Building and implementing automated infrastructure management tools. ● Administering and ensuring the maintenance and updating of all Security Infrastructure computer systems and hardware platforms. ● Troubleshooting experience including root cause analysis, debugging utilities, etc. ● Participating in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades and validating functionality following changes. ● Updating documentation, writing new procedures, and detailing windows, policy, and Active Directory configurations.

Requirements

● Microsoft Certified Professional (MCSE Productivity). ● Strong experience with Microsoft security patching, hotfix deployments, and driver updates. ● Experience with monitoring solutions like PRTG or Zabbix. ● Experience in implementation and troubleshooting SAN storage and HP Server. ● Experience in implementation and troubleshooting firewalls. ● Strong attention to detail and technicalities. ● Strong awareness of IT security and confidentiality. ● Ability to create, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft clusters. ● Strong knowledge of Windows Server security principles and Anti-Virus implementations. ● Familiarity with basic concepts of Routing and Switching (CCNA). ● Experience in troubleshooting VMWare solutions. ● Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or with limited supervision. ● Knowledge of ITIL and change management methodologies would be an asset. ● Ability to work well collaboratively with other team members, exercising good communication skills. ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or IT. ● Intermediate level in English.
