Job Description

- Manage team of Medical Supervisors & Medical Representatives to gain HCP recommendation to drive and contribute market share in the assigned region. - Plan and monitor team activities, Check weekly/monthly team performance & reportings. Review results and insights with Medical Director and build up regional business plan reflecting the divisional objectives - Analyze and consolidate KPI results, set objectives per Medical Supervisor area and support the team in working out action plans - Train team to enable excellence in detailing, building credible & value added HCP relations, reporting market insights & results to Medical Director - Deliver individual in-field coaching and appropriate trainings to develop Medical Supervisors & Medical Representatives performance - Provide team with all business relevant information (priorities, stocks, etc.), organize regular team meetings to identify and share best practices to build and update regional plans and to motivate the team - Optimize regional cost effectiveness, maximize ROI and efficiency of all company resources e.g. investments in key-accounts
