Job Description

- Objective of the role: Delivering responsibilities of a strong MD assistant. - List of responsibilities: - Handling telephone inquiries and requests, email, faxes, letters and post and performing receptionist duties when needed - Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner - Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information - Schedule and plan meetings and appointment . - Reporting to: Managing Director. - Length of Probation Period: 1 month, 3 months. - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Requirements

- Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years experience of working with multi national and big local companies. - Specialist knowledge: Computer skills on windows and MS office software. - Fluent in English communication - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Hard working and motivation to grow & Passionate in advertising.
