- Developing a product development strategy and providing useful solutions and suggestions from the point of view of sales and customers and the ability to assess the market need for prosperity and to review and implement their suggestions. - Ability to identify potentials and provide distinct services - Researching and analyzing market trends, identifying and analyzing competitors (product, price, distribution and advertising), analyzing information and preparing relevant reports - Identify target markets and formulate general and operational marketing strategies and sales and marketing related programs and manage their performance - Proficient in designing marketing and sales KPIs and identifying sales goals (monthly, seasonal and annual targets) and planning and presenting revenue strategies to achieve specified sales goals, as well as monitoring performance and reporting to management.

Requirements

Skills Required: -At least 2 years experience in payment industry -Bachelor’s degree in related fields -B2B Sales Skills -Negotiation Skills with enterprises and Organizations -Presentation Skills -Marketing and Advertising knowledge -Ability to identify the target market -Strong communication skills -Fluent in preparation of seasonal, 6 month and yearly marketing plans and statistical analysis -Effective communication and planning to increase customers -Customer Relationship Management -Able to analyze sales reports -Fluent in market research, market analysis, competitors and customers -Negotiating fluency, attention to detail, adaptability , flexibility -Proficient in communication, verbal, writing and organizational skills - Learn about the latest technology -Ability to plan effectively to achieve goals in a timely manner
