Job Description

Business development - Get new customer and continue dealings with previous customers - Manage sales team and set target for them. - Update market data periodically for better planning - Build and develop effective relationship with customers - The ability to recruit and manage teams of sales and marketing -Create, develop and implement sales strategies - Responsible for sales planning, managing and developing marketing plans, strategies and campaigns - Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth - Monitoring sales activities and implementing company policies. - Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and the results -Expert in preparing and writing sales contracts, pricing and managing claims

Requirements

- University Degree BSc and higher, Field not Important, Governmental university degrees more passionate - At least 7 years of related experience in sales Management in non-governmental Factories Core Competencies - Expert in Office skills and CRM -Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing and also listening) - Self-motivate, Detail-oriented -Energetic & Creative in his specialty -Good communication with different departments in order to have an effective cooperation. -Ideal Age: 30-35 -Gender: Male (Active Service Completion Card Required) -Job Location: Jordan -Working time: 8:00 am to 19:00 Pm (Saturday to Wednesday), 8:00 am to 13:20 pm (Thursday)
