Job description This position is a role which encompasses the full marketing mix to generate revenue by increasing sales, using market research, pricing, product marketing and marketing communications. Main Responsibilities: • Implementation marketing policies and strategies. • Ensure marketing code of practice, launch campaign and advertising guidelines as well as corporate identity rules and policies are communicated, respected and monitored. • Determine and analysis market size and market share. • Analyzing competitors and comparing them to our company (product, price, place, promotions to agent as well as packaging). • Determine and analysis the customer needs through market research. • Information gathering and analysis environment and bench marking of useful 4Ps . • Manage, monitor and control marketing research team’s activities as well as training them. • Identify potential market and customers and plan to acquisition and attract them. • Search and refresh the latest market trends, carry out market competitor and customer surveys to monitor performance and evaluate budgeted campaigns and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

Requirements

Requirements: • BSC/MS in marketing management, MBA, Industrial Engineering. • At least +5 years of relevant experience (The experience in FMCG is an important). • age: 33-38 no matter male or female. • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving skills. • Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure. • Self-Motivated and ability to work in a team. • Good computer skills and Proficient in all Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc. • Good knowledge of special software in marketing is an advantage. • Ability to search on internet in both Persian and English language. • Fluent in English. • Knowledge and expertise: • Successful track record in B2B & B2C negotiation. • Working experience with marketing technique and customer satisfaction research methodologies. • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and market research. • Fluent in marketing plan. • Familiar with CRM concepts. Working principle: • Travel: Routine travel almost internal. • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday; 8 AM- 4 pm, Thursday; 8 AM- 1 pm. • Reporting to: Marketing Manager.
