Job Description

-Define the brand strategic priorities and develop the annual brand plan along with global team -Ensure a solid brand identity in the market and coordinate with the global design team all design related requests -Select and evaluate the local agencies we will be working with and manage all local agencies ensuring a descent quality of work and timely submissions / executions -Develop and execute all brand activations (ATL and BTL) along with budget management -Be responsible for local digital platforms and website management -Lead all potential brand ambassadors, events and sponsorship negotiations, contracts signatures, execution and analysis reporting -Organize and manage consumer research -Carry out monthly monitoring and analysis of existing competition, opportunities and possible ‘threats' in the market -Identify new products, events & category opportunities for the brand -Attend exhibitions and report on current and future market trends -Develop potential partnerships to drive sales and meet with local clients and partners whenever needed -Support the Brand sales and distribution network and conduct periodical market visits and report findings

Requirements

-Post-Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in Marketing -Minimum of 3 years of progressive and successful brand marketing experience in a FMCG company is a must (beverages background is a plus) -Proven abilities to consistently driving change, challenge the status-quo and creatively deliver results within a global organization -Strong analytical, negotiation, organization, prioritization, and presentation skills along with general business management knowledge -Strategic and forward thinker -Excellent communication and social skills -Capacity to adapt and listen -Strong team player -Able to manage complexity -Expert computer knowledge -Fluent in English and Farsi (written and spoken) -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 45
