Job Description

- Develop marketing plans that deliver business objectives and targets. - Effective utilization of available marketing tools. - Tracking the market and preparing regular reports (weekly, monthly, annual) - Planning, implementing and overseeing all events and advertising campaigns and measuring results. - Conduct market research on competitor, customer and data analysis to identify market opportunities. - Overall responsibility for Brand management and corporate identity. - No obligation to travel.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in the fields of marketing and advertising preferably in NGO. - Familiar with Digital Marketing and relevant media with interactive contents. - Computer skills – proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Able to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines. - Capable of teamwork and leading a team - Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
