Job Description

As the marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the success of our platform. Your objective will be to build a strong brand presence, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute the Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify target markets, and key customer segments, and develop strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
  • Brand Management: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity for the platform. Develop brand guidelines, messaging, and positioning strategies. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition initiatives through various marketing channels, such as digital advertising, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and partnerships. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize conversion rates.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Utilize email marketing, social media, loyalty programs, and personalized experiences to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to understand the platform's features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Develop compelling product messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry insights, and competitor activities. Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to drive continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages creativity and professional growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively. Allocate resources strategically to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) and drive business growth.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives. Regularly monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, engagement levels, and revenue generated. Provide regular reports to the executive team.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA degree; or an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry, ideally within online exchanges, trading platforms, or fintech companies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
