Develop and oversee the implementation of market access department structure and strategy for Arta Pharmed products.
Develop portfolio gap analyses and competitive intelligence reports in close collaboration with other business leaders, and seek return-maximizing ways to fill portfolio holes through licensing agreementsDrive and speed up market access preparations for key brands.
Proactively manage the external environment to improve the context for market access and identify new business/pricing options for key brands.
Negotiate price and reimbursement for launch brands, and optimize price and reimbursement throughout the life cycle across a portfolio.
Requirements
Master's degree in Public Health with relevant experience and preferably an MBA graduate from an accredited university or a Doctorate's degree (MD/Ph.D./PharmD); advanced university degree in Bioscience; advanced degree in Business, Law, and/or Bioscience.
Fluent in English.
Significant 7 to 10 years of experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, and/or Devise Industries, including in pricing and/or market access.
Significant experience in pharma marketing and sales.
Demonstrated ability to think broadly and innovate within the pharmaceutical business, especially around product licensing opportunities and achievement.
Proven ability to work effectively across a matrixed and widely dispersed organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
