Job Description

The MD's Assistant would help the Managing Director with his daily tasks. Her main responsibilities are outlined as bellow: - Correspondence preparations - Maintaining schedule and calendar - Excel and Word report sheet preparations - Handling MD guests, customers and clients -Coordinates office management activities - Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, and packages) - Following up import related issues with the respected ministry of commerce - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 to 5:00 pm We provide salaries higher than the job market, opportunity to learn and step up, as well as a friendly work environment

Requirements

University degree English fluency Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential Knowledge of accounting is a plus Knowledge of import regulation is a plus Professional and independent attitude Eager to learn and face new challenges
