Job Description
The Managing Director is a key role in leading and contributing to the attainment of the strategic objective of the legal entity. The person collaborates with the different business divisions by means of the main objective of creating a more viable and sustainable business in Iran. (S)he is also in charge of leading operational business activities and market development activities for different businesses as well as being accountable for the compliance, high quality of services in Iran. The Managing Director has to have a very strong knowledge of how an international business works and the actual experience working in this set-up with a can-do-attitude and tenacity to meet the required targets.
Requirements
University qualifications : BA in Engineering, or equivalent and preferably with a Master's degree in Business Previous experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in a multinational company working for the same or equivalent position. By this (s)he should prove his experience as a Managing Director or other managerial position. Specialist knowledge : Chemical Oil & Gas, Supply Chain Services, Energy, Water and Renewables, Automotive, Airports, Railway & Construction. The person should have business savvy and strong entrepreneurial skills and a strategic mindset. Other Skills : Farsi and good English communication skills are a must. Has to have the ability to lead conversations, present and negotiate in English verbally as well as in writing. Age range: Between 35 and 53 years old Language Skills : Farsi, very good English Current Residence : Tehran
