Job Description

● Assisting with drafting legal letters. ● Conducting legal research and preparing legal arguments as required by the legal team. ● Assisting with gathering primary information for contract drafting. ● Cooperating with other departments especially procurement regarding the provision of information required for contracts. ● Cooperating and liaising with external legal service providers as directed by the legal manager. ● Legal translation from Farsi to English and vice versa, upon request of the legal team. ● Managing legal processes and procedures (labor law cases and litigations). ● Cooperating with the legal team in order to report issues at early stages for on-time decision-making. ● Holding comprehensive correspondence and contract training for the company in collaboration with the leadership team in order to create a better understanding and interest regarding legal procedures and achieving ongoing compliance with BAT practices. ● Performing quality checks based on relevant procedures and policies, and updating related documentation as needed. ● Assisting with records management for the company.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable university. ● Good knowledge of Farsi for writing legal letters. ● Proficiency in English. ● High command of computer skills specially Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Translation skills. ● Communication skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and in a team. ● Time management skills.
