Job Description

Reviewing the current contracts and generating new contracts in whole engineering, procurement and construction aspect, with client and subcontractors. Create claim packages with all related studies in contract and able to propose it.Participate in legal and contractual meeting in Persian or English language.

Requirements

- At least 12 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry. - Experienced in International Oil and Gas contracts - A to Z contract clause negotiation and contract management until completion of the contract - Fluent in English - Bachelor degree in Law (or higher education) - Professional negotiation skills including communication, persuasion
