Ability to work as part of an agile development team and implement best practices. Ability to lead and support programmers in order to apply the necessary changes to databases. Ability to develop new features of Asiatech products and design new software systems. Deliver high-quality and clean codes. Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements
