Job Description

Here at Yektanet, we are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team full time. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their digital campaigns' performance. As an account manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company's strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships. As a young online advertising platform, we provide you a dynamic atmosphere with high learning and growth opportunity. Responsibilities: - Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact - Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements and KPIs - Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner - Creating content to increase and improve traffic and recommend strategies to clients - Report performance metrics of clients' campaigns daily/weekly/monthly - Analyze digital campaigns' success - Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

- In depth understanding of online advertising tools (Google Analytics, Native Advertising, etc.) - Experience in implementing and optimizing Digital campaigns is an advantage - Strong in Team Work - Experience in customer service and account management is an advantage - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Willingness to learn - Negotiation skills - The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details - Good knowledge of English is preferred
