Job Description

•As IT Support Coordinator you will be mainly responsible for providing IT support and troubleshooting (software, hardware and network) to the organization. In addition to this, your responsibilities would include: -Ensure that all support calls are resolved and addressed in accordance with the Service Level Agreements -Analyze user issues and escalate them to the appropriate area when necessary -Roll out hardware and software -User administration -Provide IT training -Update security patching in order to ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk standards -Support network, server and telecommunications infrastructure -Ensure that all information is backed up according to Novo Nordisk standards -Ensure that systems are in compliance with Novo Nordisk standards, local laws and regulations, and US sanctions -Perform daily system monitoring -Verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes -Reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs -Develop and refine operation and maintenance procedures -Assist with the implementation of corporate and regionally driven IT activities and projects -Identify users’ needs and suggest solutions to management

Requirements

-University degree -At least 2 years’ experience in supporting users and administering IT systems/Networks with Microsoft environment/Experience with Linux (OpenBSD) environments will be an advantage -Need an open mindset who can work independently and as a team player with a strong focus on results -Good communication skills -Ability to establish good relationship with local and global team. -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40 -Fluent in English and Farsi, both written and oral
