Job Description

-Create a database including all needed data regarding hardware, software, and network -Maintain and improve the performance of overall IT related staffs on daily basis (hardware, software, network, internet connectivity) including troubleshooting based on user’s demand (over the phone, by remote connection, presence at their stations), installing software, renew licenses, change the outdated hardware -Manage servers, active directories, user groups etc. and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of domain -Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP -Maintain the security of the network and administer internal controls, having overall control of antivirus and firewall -Keep the connectivity between Tehran head office and our facility in Isfahan/Shahreza alive (via MPLS) and ensure the accessibility of share folders -Implement and maintain mail server based on Exchange Server -Overall supervision of IT requisitions and coordinate with procurement department and store -Develop training materials and FAQ for recurrent problems -Actively participate in creating policies and procedures and train users according to policies -Suggest improvements to ensure the best possible functionality of IT systems -Perform backup and recovery tasks as per need -Mastering of CCTV, fire alarm system and central phone system -Installing, configuring and sharing computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners -Provide A to Z services to RAK Iran users -Coordinate preventive maintenance for equipment -Prepare regular reports based on demands -Provide suggestions/plans for improving software, hardware, network, and internet
