Then this is the perfect job for you! You represent the German Company in Iran and make sure that your Team can work with maximum efficiency thanks through your excellent leadership skills. You will organize Manpower within very complex IT topics and provide regular reports to Germany. You are very reliable, read all emails carefully and understand the importance of compliance and company processes. You are able to predict issues and focus on solving problems rather than finger pointing towards team members. You have a deep understanding for compliance and work with high standards. You have the ability to bring a team together, make everybody feel important and utilize the maximum potential of ever team member. You understand the German work philosophy and are never too late to meetings and have excellent communication skills.
