Job Description
- IT Operations (TechOps) Engineers coordinate the integration, deployment, sustainment, maintenance, and operations of systems and/or services in the host enterprise architecture. - They provide IT support for AP application operations and are accountable for the overall success of - companies' services, ensuring alignment with company priorities and business strategies. - They focus on running systems at scale, test, and monitor and handle bug testing or error reporting. - IT Operations (TechOps) Engineers have a close relationship with the business department and partners.
Requirements
General Requirements: • 2+ Years of experience in a professional environment is required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field • IRAN Citizenship is required. • Military service status certificate is required. • Designated or Random Drug Testing required. Special Requirements: • Fluent in Linux and networking and must have Linux sysadmin skills. • Linux shell scripting • Configuration Management Systems (e.g. Ansible) • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking. • Charting, trend analysis (Grafana, time-series databases) • Practical exposure to systems management systems • 2+ years of experience of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability Linux environment. • 2+ years or experience with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, and TCP/IP • Must have one of the following certifications: LPIC-1, LPIC-2, Linux (Redhat), or other industry-relevant certifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attitude: • Must have intellectual curiosity. • Customer-oriented, ready/willing to troubleshoot customer issues, desire to help and have a sense of empathy with customers • Desire and ability to learn the system/product/market space, interest in mastering business is essential
