Job Description
•Main Objective: As IT Operations Manager you will be mainly responsible for managing IT infrastructure ensuring optimal operations & security and ensure that the organization is provided with an appropriate level of IT support and training. •Main Responsibilities: -Manage IT systems and services through their life cycles -Develop and refine operation and maintenance procedures -Ensure that appropriate disaster recovery procedures are in place and up to date -Deliver new IT systems and services in line with business needs, including the relevant roll outs from global projects -Regularly review IT Service Level Agreements and ensure KPIs are met -Support and interface with IT & Automation responsible persons in the Production area -Setup and roll out hardware to users -Ensure continued compliance with Novo Nordisk IT standards, local laws and regulations, and sanctions -Manage relationships with external vendors -Manage direct report, and ensure that their job description, individual development plan and performance goals are consistent with the goals of the organization -Manage the IT budget
Requirements
-The ideal candidate should have a university degree with at least 3 years’ experience in managing the operations and maintenance of IT systems and networks with Microsoft environment / Experience with Linux (OpenBSD) environments will be an advantage -To succeed in this role the ideal candidate will need an open mindset who can work independently and as a team player with a strong focus on results -Further to this, you should have good communication skills with the ability to establish good relationship with local and global team. You must be fluent in English, both written and oral
