Job Description
We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.
● Administration and maintenance of corporate domain and clients, based on Microsoft Active Directory.
● Management and maintenance of corporate local network and local network core and access devices, Switches, Routers and Access points.
● Administration of corporate local services and servers, Including MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, MS Skype for business, Symantec Endpoint Manager.
● Answer and assign Help desk tickets to proper members.
● Manage IT help desk members.
● Deployment of new servers and services per corporate request.
● Maintenance of corporate clients.
● Provide help desk support to corporate users.
● Create documentations of corporate assets.
● Create IT Plans and detailed design of IT corporate projects.
● Delivery of detailed periodic reports to the Director of technology.
● Real time monitoring of corporate servers and services.
● Assign Help desk tasks to Help desk member and control the help desk operations.
● Real time monitoring of corporate data center infrastructure, including chillers, UPS and power generator.
● Evaluate the viability of proposed projects.
● Run regular checks on network and data security.
