- Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end-user’s satisfaction.
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
- Resolve Hardware & Network Issues.
-Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Science
-1-3 years of experience as help desk
-Able to follow documented standard procedures.
-Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
-Needed soft skills: Good and friendly personality, honesty, hardworking, ability to communicate at all levels,ability to learn new skills techniques and responsibilities, flexibility, team working and time management.
-Preferable knowledge of English Language
