● Support business IT-related incidents. ● Resolve network and infra incidents and problems. ● Act as an IT help desk. ● Act as an ERP support.

Requirements

● Deep knowledge of Microsoft Services. ● Strong knowledge of Network, TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN. ● Familiar with HP Servers. ● WLAN understanding. ● Familiar with ITIL. ● Familiar with A+, Network+, MCSA, MCSE, and CCNA.
